Eye and I – A Workshop on Creative Thinking and Writing
Those three days a mist hung in the air, a mystery enticed us, daring us to unfold the layers within. The promise of light was there, we sensed that in spite of the clouds and grey-ness around. We knew, the wind was with us, and the sun waited patiently behind the clouds… ‘Eye and I – A Workshop on Creative Thinking and Writing’ That was the official banner under which we met in the Delhi Branch of the Sri Aurobindo Society campus (26th, 26th, 28th August 2011). But that was the ‘excuse’, a ploy the Divine chose to bring together a set of special people. A chemistry happened. We left with more than memories after the three days, we had exchanged more than emails, we had discovered more than names and designations. It was as a journey within – together and alone, in dance and in stillness, in words and in silence, in colour and in blankness, in sharing and in observing, in breathing in and breathing out… Our workshop was experiential, our discoveries were of spaces in our souls and those in each other. Senses and sensitivity - Workshop on Sensory writing and Self Awareness
The end of 2012 – a much talked about time – was eventful in a subtle, intensive and inward way. A unique workshop SENSES AND SENSITIVITY on ‘Sensory writing and Self Awareness’ in Pondicherry at the close of the year - December 2012 (28th, 29th, 30th). An intense, committed and keen group gathered from various parts of India – Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Gurgaon, Erode, Bhopal, Delhi… for the experience.

The Project Approach to Learning (workshop for teachers)
A ten hour capsule workshop on THE INTEGRAL PROJECT was conducted as a part of the Annual Basic Course in Integral Education – Theory & Approaches in Pondicherry from 12th to 18th May 2014, for school teachers and school/education management professionals. This included both the theory and a practical trial followed by presentations. All participants were given handouts they could take back with them to refresh their memory, refer and organise their approaches in the school setting. Read more.

The three-day workshop The World and I - Perceiving Perception concluded on the evening of 5th December, 2010 with hugs and laughter and a twinge of nostalgia. The participants had the opportunity to explore their hearts and minds through rigorous discussions, walks, games and creative work.
